I want to sign to SimCity with my original ID

Suddenly I found myself out of my Club. I contacted the president and the members. Nobody remove my city from the club code RPLJPM. And they can even visit my city.

Now I have New ID . I lost the war score and it is level one. I can’t go back to my original club by using search it is showing me no club. I lost the payments for the premium pass contest. I don’t want my new ID. Help me to sign in the SimCity with my original ID.
