IAm in trouble with my sim city buildit for IPad :(((
Hai, my name is Alryan, I ve been playing sim city buildit for almost 4months and I love it very very very very much, and playing that game every single day, after school.. In the school.. , but yesterday January 23rd, the application could not open.. And I tried many time, I restart my iPad, my wifi routers, for many many times and could not work... And every time I tried to open the game, it says need to connect to Internet to Start build the city , something like that... I tried many times.. But did not work... And I was thinking it was the problem of the application,,
And I tried to reinstall the game and everything is gone ☹️(( my city is gone... I really like my city, and not easy to build the city there... ☹️ I did reinstall the game because I was thinking the game is connected to the server so I will not miss anything ... ☹️ but ☹️(
EA, please tell me is there anything can do to get back my old city?
Also I was connected to game canter on iPad.. ☹️

@alryan1992 since you were connected through game center on your iPad, did you play through the tutorial? When that is finished, click on settings and sign into your game center. If you do not have the option to sign in with your game center, you may need to uninstall the app again, restart device, reinstall the app, play the tutorial again and see if you have the sign in option in your settings. I had to do this a few times with my own account. Good luck!
