sewage price
everytime I reach lvl eight I have to spend all of my money buying sewage and then everytime I build more houses I have to spend all money I got from it I spend on sewage and it goes into a loop

At 15400 population & level 8, my sewage demand is 122. I need 2 fully maxed small sewage outflow pipes and 1 extra SSOP to satisfy the demands. Also upgrade cost is ridiculous.
I think I need to quit the game because it is not viable to play while having fun, long wait times for crafting and service cost per tier is nowhere near the income.
