I completed the Week 3 without the Premium mayor pass and the pumpkin boost. I didn't buy any buildings up to now not required for the weekly collection. Week 4 is a mission impossible though, the ghost essence counter was on 45 after the last upgrade for the week 3 collection and you can't earn that much with the even track. Let's see if I can buy one of the Halloween buildings with the currency I collect this week.
