I'm not able to purchase anything either, including simcash, nor the piggy banks in regions.
I’m having the same issue. Sent a message to tech support this morning and still no reply.
- @Banana0302Split The thought just occurred that it's amazing how quickly EA respond when it's a question of losing money. Surely this is pure coincidence???

I think there is noone reading these messages anymore since april. Neither the helpdesk nor the developers. It looks like its a forum for and by users.
