If you tap on the Settings button in the game, at the bottom you'll see "Login to Game Center" - just tap that and it should connect!

Whitemd:You need to exit out of the game and go to the Game Center directly. Once there, go to "Friends" and click/tap the "+" at the top of the sidebar on the left. It will open up a message panel in which you'll enter a person's Game Center ID, then hit "Send". It sends a request and you wait for them to approve it. Once they do, it takes a little while for them to show up in your friends' list on the game, but they will appear. Sometimes going out of the game and back in will help speed up that process.

They will need to accept your invites I believe, then restart the game and they show up as your neighbor
