Irresponsible about the crash bug.

The customer service did nothing but tell me there is no any compensation.

During this week’s Mayor’s Contest, my game experienced severe lag and performance issues. As a result, several assignments that were already completed but not yet collected disappeared after restarting the game. This caused me to lose approximately 11,000 Contest Crystals.
