Is it better for me to sell my items to NPCs than posting it on trade depot?
I mean, which do I make more profit?

I also usually check the trade depot before selling to an NPC. There's no definitive answer to the question of which is better, because sometimes the NPC offers more than the max sale price at the depot, and sometimes they offer less. You'd need to do it on a case by case basis.
I never knew that the selling prices is unstable/not constant, just new to this game. Anyway, thanks for all the answers! @jeff @hilary@bdietz
