Having trouble with services
So suddenly all of the residents are out of power , water .., etc. no matter how I place everything the issue won’t get fixed and no service reaches the buildings. What do I do?

The game is changed, now the services are cheaper to buy, but you have to upgrade them. Is better when you just start the game, but for everone who already paid a lot of simdollars for these items it's not so funny. Because all the buildings you paid a lot for, are now suddenly in the lowest grade and need upgrades. So you have to spend a lot of simdollars again. Strange, all already build services should have the upgrade to the highest level for free,
