Is there such thing as a separate sever for banned account or same..

Not just wondering when one is removed from the club by default and in neighbours the items that are there no longer available to you but others can see them and buy.  Players say that when that happens it means taken from the raguler server they call a naughty island. Now the thing is is there such a thing as I there at the moment, but it still the same internet connection and in the contest same players. The only difference is the global trade have only a few players 6hat sell lots of rare items such as Vu. The question is this is it the same server but everything that one had excess to is now hidden and no longer available to u only the banned ones one can see. So tell me is it the same server but only the isolated few only see each other and the rest of the players that not been temporarily banned for no fault of their own and the rest of  the inmates that are on it for good, are on the same server too, as I was trying to find infomation on the EA help what happens to those who get banned but can still play the game? Or are we actually banned and there is a bug or a flag that that called Tracktwenty that blocked everything from one but a few?

I know it takes 7 days for EA to fix my game but gives no reason why my game has been isolated from friend depots and clubs. Only clubs one can see is lots of them with only 1 or 2 members and only one club with 20 and none of them have the season plumbob points. Yet in the contest of mayors all the usual candidates are there, but not able to do it as I unable to get help with the items I need with very few in the gt. when I got in touch with ea support, they are on the case and they know I am a good customer so should be able to get my friends items unlocked and the club I was in. They don't say I have been reported for been too successful in the CoM and for having over 2k platinum keys saved up. The only thing is the person who might have would not really know me that I won them fair and square, if that is the case or whether I was flagged for the sudden rise in population want down to 10000 when I bulldoze the roads then rise again in a matter of hours back to 1600k. Even though I ask if it was the case to the chap on the phone he said I don't think so. Only wish it was then I know it would not happen again. But with the keys is a bit of a risk as nothing more I can spend them on as I got every thing unless I bought the same things again then store them.

back on the subject same server but blanked out items from neighbours depots and same with clubs or removed from the server to another one that EA has given no info? That where my confusion sets in.
