EA help has fixed my game now been returned to my normal server back in my club now able to buy items from my friends and yes my city was flagged for having a number of platinum keys I hit over 2500 when I claimed my prizes that when I had passed the threshold. that what the said in the email and had removed the flag. But it took them 11 days to take me out of hell but so glad it was fixed before I was promoted to the bigger leagues in the contest. And yes I was given 1000 simoleons coins for the inconvenience for compensation
