Is this a bug? Buggy skyscrapper

Hi there. I built this skyscrapper but in the night it's the only building that has no the lights On. Is this a bug?

In the first seconds the lights are On but then they are Off

How do you built those skyscrapers? I cant upgrade my residences no more...

I just bulldoze all my buildings and I place a lot of parks, schools and transports and then start to building the houses 🙂

I have some of those buildings, and they light up at night. It's probably a graphics glitch. Nothing serious.
