Is this okay?

Do capacity and demand have anything to do with the total number of residential buildings? I have 139 buildings so I thought the demand should be 139, but it's more...

    Omega homes have a higher demand on services than normal buildings. This is what you are seeing

    building sites have no demand on services

    residential zones have low demand, 1 for each home

    Tokyo, Paris, London have medium demand, 2 for each home

    Omega homes have high demand, 5 for each home

    At least it adds up like this in my city

    106 residential zones of which I have

    - 11 Omega homes, 55 demand

    - 22 Paris/London/Tokyo homes, 44 demand

    - 72 residential zones, 72 demand

    -1 buildning site, 0 demand

    and my total demand is 171

That would make sense to me because i remember when i started on the OMEGA buildings and my demand sky rocketed and i just thought I'd miscalculated.

Would also explain why OMEGA services provide for so much.
