Issue with resetting menu after placing a specialization building (Prks, Lndscp)

After the most recent update (1.20.3), whenever you place a specialization building, like a park or landscape, the game resets that specific menu to the beginning. This becomes problematic when you wish to create a string of parks or landscape forests as you will have to re-scroll down the entire menu to return to that specific park/forest you would like to place again.

I have an iPhone 6 with iOS 11.2
