It doesn’t let me participate in the design challenges in SimCity.

These photos were taken at the same time, but the button for the design challenge is missing. This bugs me because I’ve wanted to do the challenge, but I couldn’t. Also you can see that I’m level 26....

I haven't been able to find it stated anywhere, but your inability to access the Design Challenge may be related to the possibility of the age of a minor being linked to your account.
