Keep getting booted on my iPad even though I have reset and redownloaded

I have rebooted iPad, erase and reloaded game and have clear memory to where I have almost 25% of memory open. How do I fix this? It has been going one for quite a while now.

    Indeed...having the same problem...can't find any solution around here to solve this issue....

    Hi guys,

    Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with the game.

    Can you describe what happens exactly? Can you log into the game at all? or is the app crashing when launching the game? 

    Also can you let us know what is your OS and the model of your iPad? Cheers.

    I keep getting booted from the game when I try to go to other members city's.  i do not have much of a problem when i am in the market.  I have deleted all of my Tokyo, London and French buildings to lower my Population.  This seems to work, but i also have to put all my other stuff in storage to keep Population low.  This makes it very difficult for me to contribute to my group during the mayor Challenge and during the War challenge/
