“lighting war event” is on, and right now only 4d10h to end it, the war store is in fact half of the time or approximately half, however the cooldown is still 12h, and it should be 1min. We just had finish one war, and we were Counting with 1min cooldown to start the next, is it possible to explain for what reason why this is happening?

I apologize if my brief explanation was not clear...Roco is on target. Different clubs are at various timing stages within the war games, the only effective way to start the lighting round would be after completion of a war by a club after the lightning round was announced. This provides the semblance of fairness for all clubs and encourages investment...thus my simple answer- economics.
