Limit on buying & selling war supplies?

@teppum As stated the documentation has been validated as originating from a legally recognized representative and is a binding statement of fact. The only reason I had it validated was I heard your statement and much worse many times before. Of course EA has not published anything on gameplay rules - why would they? But now it’s gotten out of hand. If you simply want to limit your focus on hackers that’s fine, but please understand hundreds and thousands of items are being forwarded through these feeder networks (perhaps even through hacking methods) and as I understand the question at hand is why is there a limit on buying and selling war supplies? So bringing a different perspective to the table that may be uncomfortable for some is not part of the discussion...
