Logging to either Facebook or Google Play doesn't work?
When I log in to either Facebook or Google play, I get these two choices,
"Keep playing locally" or "Connect And load this city. Whenever I press,
"Keep playing locally," it logs me out, it doesn't log me in! And when I press,
"Connect And load this city," it doesn't log me out. This is a real problem,
I really want to play locally but I want to be logged in at the same time!

Playing locally means that your progress is not saved anywhere on the web except in the device you're playing SimCty on and that you are not logged in anywhere.
In that case if something happens with the device you'll lose all your progress.
