Losing Simoleons When Attempting To Purchase Goods In Trade Depot

More often than not, when visiting another person's Trade Depot via the Global HQ, and when selecting a good to purchase there, my Simoleons are deducted, but the good just sits there spinning without entering my inventory.

After waiting for 5 minutes while it is spinning, I hit the blue back arrow out of the Trade Depot, go back to my City, and confirm the goods were not purchased (again, even though I was deducted the Simoleons.)

Is this occurring for anyone else?  Assuming I had bought Simoleons with SimCash, this would be especially bad, as I would be losing actual money.

    I heard this was happening and it was supposed to be fixed. It seems it isn't :/

    I was never deducted simeons. They are lowered when you click goods and it start spinning but if you close the window or anything next time it sync with server money are put back. Usually it's matter or few seconds after I close the window. In the end you either have money or item in storage.
