Loss of storage capacity, golden keys, and spaces in trade depot

Anybody have this issue? I am level 29, pop 250,000. It feels like I got hacked or there was a glitch. I lost all my golden keys (had around 7 or 8), lost the extra spaces I had purchased for my trade...

I would to try to çontact them back if you don't hear from them be Wed. It could even take them a little longer if they can not find why your was effected.
