Loss of storage capacity, golden keys, and spaces in trade depot

Anybody have this issue? I am level 29, pop 250,000. It feels like I got hacked or there was a glitch. I lost all my golden keys (had around 7 or 8), lost the extra spaces I had purchased for my trade...

It is Januaury 28, 2015 and now I am having the same exact issue. I had 20 keys, gone! I'm livid. Storage capacity shrank and I had to sell more than half the stuff I stored in order to keep playing. Then, the trade depot also lost slots. I'm beyond irritated. I would like my keys back. Time and ACTUAL money has been spent on this game. Please EA, fix this frustrating glitch before more players experience this.
