Loss of storage capacity, golden keys, and spaces in trade depot

Anybody have this issue? I am level 29, pop 250,000. It feels like I got hacked or there was a glitch. I lost all my golden keys (had around 7 or 8), lost the extra spaces I had purchased for my trade...

    @jnnzq9o74qfe Although this is an old thread that might not apply to the latest versions of the game anymore, I'd like to ask whether you had the storage boost from the Premium Mayor's Pass. The Pass ended yesterday so the boost was removed for anyone who had it.
