Lost everything after phone upgrade
Lost everything when I got my new phone. Over a years worth of purchases and game play gone in minutes.
Sorry to hear that, make sure log into either Facebook or Game Center login to save if you plan on playing again , now I do know … if you start a new device you have to play to a certain point, ie, go through the tutorial again then the option to sync will come up for your previous save as long as you are using the same information… so if you haven’t tried that.. do so… hope this helps’
