@SummitVista3310 Thank you so much!!! That’s great to know. I put in a help request this morning. I’ve never heard of a hacker server. When I logged in it did tell my my game was out of sync with the server. When I clicked sync that’s when it went crazy.

@EverythingPeach You are welcome. When hackers/cheaters get caught they will be send to the naughty island (hacker server). Legit player can trigger ban-traps too, but you don’t have to worry if you didn’t do hack/cheat. It may take 1-2 weeks, but they will bring you back.

- @SummitVista3310 Thanks again. Good to know. Any way you know of how to get a message to the club? We were down to 10 players so with MIA they can’t do wars. I want to let them know I’ll be back.
@EverythingPeach Unfortunately there’s any way you can send messages them through in-game. Maybe you can write a message in your city description. They might be able to see it when they click your city name in the club chat log.
Or if you know anyone who plays the game, you can ask them to visit the club and tell a message from you.
- @EverythingPeach Hi I had similar misfortune a few years ago. My suggestion while you are there is to focus on increasing your storage as it is quite in order to buy those items on the global market. Second EA regularly asking for progress updates. A large number of cities have been sent to NI so there will be many appeals and investigators. Be a bit pushy - in past EA ignored first 2 requests
