Lost Progress between devices SimCity Build It

Hey Guys. I was lvl 23 with a university built, 110 city storage capacity, and the Mad Scientist (Unleash 5 disasters) achievement complete. I did this on my iPad. When I tried going back to my iPhon...

Same thing happened to me, I emailed support and they eventually said it was a hiccup on their part. They compensated me with some cash but never regained the lost days progress. Good luck!
