[Low FPS] Simcity Buildit is taking low fps on IPhone 6s

Hi @vielktus,

I'm no expert on hardware so I wouldn't be able to comment on the performance on iOS. Do you mean that the game doesn't allow you to zoom-in and zoom-out for instance? Some features are disabled on certain devices so maybe that's what you're observing?

Hi Zoe,

I can zoom in and zoom out. But I'm getting really low frame per second, bad performance when comparing with Iphone 6.

When I play on IPhone 6, I get about 60 fps, yet in IPhone 6s only ~30 fps. The game will not look smoothly.

Can you give me some contact points to fix this problem ?

    You can contact the SimCity BuildIt support team here @vielktus. Simply chose "Submit a request" and select General Technical Support from the drop down menu at the bottom of the page.  (You might need to Sign up the first time but you will only have to create your account once). Hope that helps.
