I am using Samsung S8 also and for last couple of days my screen resolution changes all the sudden also. Everything seems like it's zoomed in. When I am at the airport and have plane ready for take off I can't see take off button. If the plane has not arrived yet I can barely see hurry plane button. I heard about NOM Resolution change app and tried that. It worked for a day and now it's not even working. I uninstalled and reinstall simcity and the resolution change app. No luck. I have changed the phone resoution from HD+ to FHD+ and WQHD+ all and any way you can think of. Nothing is working.

@glrboygrlboy, if you are still having this issue, have you tried @Ydiss' method to make it work? Disabling Samsung game launcher? Or using Samsung's Game Tuner app to set Maximum Quality mode (Modes tab > Set mode to Maximum Quality)?

    Hi everyone,

    I have merged some threads into one, as you all were reporting the same issue.

    I'd like to ask you to try to change the resolution from your device's Display settings:  

    Device Settings > Display > Screen Resolution > Set to WQHD+ and apply > Restart the device

    If that doesn't work, could you try changing the mode using Samsung's Game Tuner app? 

    Download Game Tuner tool > Go to Modes tab > Set mode to Maximum Quality
