Making items not produced in factories or stores

I don’t know if I’m missing a store or what. I keep getting offers for cat food, fans, fish etc but have no way to make them. I don’t see them to buy in the global trade hq either. How or where do I ...

@qquj6ohrudly Not sure what you mean by cat food or fans, but Fish is a regional item that can be produced in Frosty Fjords after you place down the Fishery.
