Marina's Population Boost Reduced

The Luxury Boat Marina's population boost has been reduced from 50% to 30%. This means that to get the most population boost from the Beach specialisation, you need to have Sailorman's Pier's in between each marina. I am not happy about this as I have invested a lot of time and Simoleons in getting all marina's on my beach front and now they don't give me the maximum population boost possible.

Are EA going to revert the marina's boost back to 50%?

If not, are EA going to refund the Keys spent on marinas that I now need to Bulldoze?

Please can EA confirm why they feel they can change something as fundamental as this considering how difficult it is to fill your beach with marina's?

I think the best way to increase population is to place specialisation buildings. You need Keys to buy these, which you get for completing Vu disasters. You can increase your population by 100% for each specialisation
