Materials storage upgrade didn’t count in COM
I started a challenge to upgrade city storage capacity, upgraded my materials storage and it didn’t count in the challenge

Materials Storage is not the same as City Storage. The CoM task only applies to City Storage.
^ Like he said. It is city storage NOT material storage. Two different things.
Would like to see that they add a materials storage assignment in the future.
