It got nothing to do with Maxis in particular,its the fact that the game is not running in the foreground,we all experinced it,since the MOVIE STUDIO update,today things are back to normal, good luck
Just recap,the problem still persists when u leave the app,the satisfadtion drops,its not related to maxis,i got them too,and i dont have any service mismanaged services,it catches up from 85 to 98 in a couple of minutes,u r right about the drop ftom 20% tax levels to 14,it means alot of sims,if u left the game for 24 hours or so. This is since the last update for the Studio's season,thought of correcting the record
