so when do mayor gifts reset? im in central time 12am? same with visting city gifts?

contacted ea to really find out what is going on
reply from ea they reset every 24hrs for visting other city's
and gifts from your own same way they will get less and less as you collect them and then you must wait for the 24hrs to reset aka new day
sounds fair.
I usually visit other cities till i find cash and then wait a while before doing it again. Gives me a slow build up.
