Mayor's Challenge Points stuck
On Sunday, 9/13, the mayor's challenge points have locked up. Even earning points over the target points, it won't move up and let me receive the next prize level, which is 600 cash. Thank you for your help.

You need to pay real money to upgrade to Premium Plus, as the screen is telling you, if you want to unlock those prize tiers.
