Mayors Pass Premium Tiers Missing

Thanks for your responses but I believe that isn’t correct.   If you look at the first image I attached it clearly says 3 Premium Building Tiers - not buildings - building tiers.  The Premium Plus gives you 10 more tiers the Premium says it gives you 3 tiers.  If it really is only 3 buildings not Building Tiers then that is false advertising and the word “tiers” should be removed.
