I think all 6 specialization building are stacking individually so its like +600% Boost in Total.
I have Residential Homes with 12.117 People and Tokyo Town Homes with 14546 People.
Maximum for Residential Homes is 1836 + 6 x 1836 = 12852 people
Maximum for Tokyo Town Homes is 2204+ 6 x 2204 = 15428 people
I made a test and moved , at the beginning of this update a house alone in the corner and i moved specializations building near it and the calculation seams right.
Please tell me if i made any mistakes.
It would be nice to have in the game description this info,Maybe it is but i didn't find it.
What i am not sure cause i have not build one yet is Worship Specialization Buildings but it has a max 20% boost so for the moment its only for looks of the city rather then the population number.
It would be nice to have an Official opinion regarding the maximum boost .

If your statement is true it means that the max population for one Residential House is /Tokyo Town:
1836 + 4 x 1836 = 9180
2204 + 4 x 2204 = 11020

As you can see in the picture above i have buildings with much more then that.
As i said before i dragged one house in the corner of my city and put all specialization building JUST near that house and see how the population rise..
