Milestone assignments points are not getting reflected

I have purchased the pass. The milestone assignments points are not getting reflected. Kindly, need help on this. So the tier level in pass is staying at 0 itself without progress.

Have asked in-game .. Help tab under Customer Care, no response yet. Also raised a ticket in site, EA help http://help.ea.com/en/help-my-cases/?cid=193823846&ak=b5345b7c.

Need help on this bug.
