Missing Production Speed Tokens

I’ve purchased numerous gold and silver production speed tokens using seasonal money and they aren’t there when I go to use them. Yesterday I got a reward when a new season started which included gold production tokens and they aren’t in my cache.  Anyone else having this problem?
