Missing Weekly Task - COM

Bug the living crap out of them through the help feature in the game. They'll eventually put in a few minutes of work and fix it

Unfollowing and uninstalling this game for good. 2 straight weeks and 2 COM that you deleted 5 of my completed task. 3 completed task last week and 5 this week. Your EA is no help at all. I have logged a case a week ago and until now no response or help. This game is disgusting and EA is a money sucker 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

It happened again for 2 consecutive weeks of COM. No really help at all from EA  

This is INSANE.. id make a report to the bbb if I could figure out who exactly I'm reporting 😡.. they wont help us fix bugs from the looks of it. I too have been playing a while, and this is my first issue, and im at a loss for words how upsetting this is

They refer us to this platform to report bugs.. 

The same situation happened to my city about 2 hours ago. 

I did and opened a case so they could check as I have been playing the game for 4 years and this is the first time I ran into this issue.

You'd need to raise this as an in-game ticket to get any response from EA. This is pretty much a forum for players to help each other out.

But to be honest, this seems to come up a lot and nothing gets done about it. You're best claiming the points when you can in my opinion.
