I still don't have the snowflake in my city, what is going on here, has this not happened to anyone else?
Either the game spec is wrong and doesn't tell of a reason why this should happen, and how to recover from it, or there is a bug in the code that is denying me the benefits of this festive extension.
In either case, the game developers need to take action and do something about it as I, and possibly others, am losing out.

- I had same error and reported it. They said willlook into fix. I had same problem where the assignment snowflake never reappeared again. We should be reimbursed somehow for lost points
