I too lost my snowflake that is generated over a building in my city. Please help Simcity de so because I need 5 more snowflake points

Hi everyone,
Sorry for the wait and for the confusion - this is not an issue with your game. The winter festivities have come to an end, and Snowflakes can no longer be collected, that's why you were not seeing tasks to collect snowflakes anymore.
The Mayor’s Gift Game remained in the game for a few days after so you had the opportunity to use up any Snowflakes left, so you didn't lose them.
You can find help from other players here in the forums, and you can share experiences with other Mayors. But I'd also like to clarify that if you are looking for technical support from our team, you should use the in-game help link or go to our EA Help page.
However, if you think you have found a bug in the game, forums are a great place to report bugs 🙂 Other players may have a workaround to share with you 😉
