Nano-tech factory faster?

Would just like to say- excellent decision regarding government's placement 😃

The non-pollution benefit doesn't practically matter in any case. Since you also have to place your power plants somewhere, plus you have to have a road leading to the factories, my solution was quite simple: locate the factories right next to the border, then the road, and on the other side of the road my fusion/solar power plants. The pollution area of the high-tec factories doesn't reach beyond the power plants. Hence, no complaints from the inhabitants, and all the space gets to be used efficiently.

So, really, there is absolutely no point paying for nano-tech. I wish the developers would modify them, give something extra. I wouldn't mind paying even more for better factories, if I could cut down the production times.
