Neo Simoleons

When an Omega building is upgraded it rewards normal simoleons and not Neo Simoleons. This is wrong as Omega buildings should reward their equivalent currency of Neo Simoleons exactly as every city rewards it's equivalent currency when a building is upgraded. For example, upgrading Cactus Canyon building rewards Cactus Simoleons, upgrading Green Valley building rewards Leaf Simoleons, etc...

It's hard enough to earn Neo Simoleons as it is, and  since the Services 2.0, it will now take forever to balance the Omega service buildings without being able to earn more Neo Simoleons.
