New club members not listed in the club member list

How often is the list of club members updated? I can see in the club chat that 4 new members joined our club. However, they are not listed in our club member list and it is not possible to visit their cities.  One of them joined the club 8 hours ago! (They have not left the club.)

    Just to rule it out, are you looking at the Club Challenge scores instead of  the Members list? The Challenge scores won't update until they get some points on the board.

    Yes, the club member list updated about 25 minutes later.
