No epic projects

They are a mix of epic buildings, Japan and residential, attached shows transport coverage
Have you tried moving one of the regular Residential Buildings near your Mountain or closer to a different Specialization you may not normally use? Sometimes the game will try and force us to cycle through or add new Specialization buildings.

Support Germany just told me, i should remove all not residentail buildings ( Tokio , London ) to get epic projects.WTF .?
I don't believe that will be necessary.
Check your Department of Epic Projects first for an icon or bubble on or above and click on it. If it gives you a tutorial on how to use Speed Up Tokens, follow it. Drag any Token into any of your Commercial Buildings. Next, check all of your other Government Buildings except City Hall (where you collect taxes) and see if there are are any other icons or bubbles on or above those buildings with tutorials for you to follow. If there are, follow them. If you do have at least one Regular or Standard Residential Building and City Specialization to support it, a gold, winged helmet should appear on the building. Click on the winged helmet and you can begin your Epic Project.
*You may want to check and make sure that all commercial buildings available to you are placed.

@oldiepants You may want to see if there are any tutorials you've missed as well. Personally, I would check all Regions too, and War, and Monster, and Vu Tower, and Tasks on buildings at this point, for any tutorials...Speaking of Tasks on Buildings, if you have a clipboard or clipboards on your only Regular/Standard Residential Building(s) you will not get a gold, winged helmet or be able to complete any Epic Projects on those buildings until after the task has been fully completed. Either complete the task entirely on one of them or build a new Regular/Standard Residential from the ground up.

For some reason Mayors have been using Seasonal Commercial Buildings to decorate their cities, or maybe just forgetting about them and leaving them out after their season is over, but whatever the reason, leaving any of these buildings out in Capital City or in any Region will stop any Epic Projects from appearing.
If you have any of the following, please make sure they are stored until their "season" comes around again.
• Santa's Workshop
• Sports Shop
• Bureau of Restoration
• Chocolate Factory
