@bosscat365 i may be wrong in this, but how full is your omega storage? i'm sure you only get city offers when your storage is over half full
Ahhhh OK that could be it! My storage is definitely not over half full. I believe it's 20 out of 65. I will keep building it up and see if things change. This has been so frustrating to figure out as it seemed random, like sometimes the offers would be there and other times they'd just disappear. If it's tied to storage level that would be the 'trigger' I was looking for that's causing the offers to go on/off! I'll let you know if it works...
