No War Rewards Granted

My Club's war just ended, and I haven't been granted any rewards.  About 8 hours ago, I was on the war map when a connectivity issue happened and I was given second place rewards but the round hadn'...

War ends but the game dosent give me the message "War ends", no chests, nothing. I have scored 6000 points. I see this is a problem after the last update. Will it be solved?

We are aware of this issue and we are investigating.

I would recommend opening a ticket in-game and as soon as further info is available they will get back to you.

    Is there any progress with the investigation into players not receiving their war rewards? It’s been two weeks now and I’ve still not had a response.
