Nuclear power plant safe?

Hi all.

I tried to search about nuclear power plant for simcity buildit but I only find the ones related to simcity 4/ simcity 2000, etc.. topics, where they say it is not safe to have a nuclear power plant. If it’s the same on simcity buildit version, can I prevent meltdown by having fire station right next to it? I haven’t bought it yet. Not sure what to buy.

Also, what would be the best power plant to buy in your opinion?
