Omega in regions- help!

I built the neoMall and 2 small drone service units, plus the regional coverage needed. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for your help! :D

Yeah, that does sound weird.

I would contact support in-game if you haven't already.

Settings icon > Help > Contact Us

You may need to scroll down a bit to see "Submit a Request".
