You have to spend the time grinding to increase your Omega Storage capacity, but that will obviously slow your progress in upgrading your Omega homes.
My omega bank is 135k and storage cap is 60, I can tell you that it took me 5years+ to get that much and I also have 310 omega buildings in total aiming to get to 400
